We notice big disruption for all MyCareNet services for the insurer 300 and  306  (only for patients insured by Mutualités socialistes / Socialistische Mutualiteiten).

Erratum 26/02/2019 @ 14:20:
 After research it appears that the problem was at the level of the integration module of NIPPIN (MyCareNet). This central problem in the area of the NIPPIN platform had an impact on the flows of IO 300 during this morning.

 

Impact:

On all MyCareNet services for the insurer 300 and  306  (only for patients insured by Mutualités socialistes / Socialistische Mutualiteiten).
